Never thought it could be so nice for a piano and cello.... If there is a chance for me to play this song, this would be one of the greatest things in my life.

My Saturday in June

This is a sudden dating with my once upon secondary best friend, chai yuin, started to keep in touch with her just few months ago, just feel that there is so much we left out for each other life but hope this feeling won't last long. Day started by sing K at Metro point which end up it is too expensive (RM20++/hour/person) therefore we change our plan to play bowling.

This is my second time playing bowling without prior preparation and the heavy bowling ball just broke my finger nails, who intend to join this activity please cut your finger nail, you will regret for not doing so!! The bowling game is not so expensive than I thought, it is around RM6/game, shoes rental is RM1.50, reasonable for me, the shoes is so colourful...

For those unskillful person like us, we could just finish 2 games in half an hour without reaching 100 points in our games, need a lots of practice to make get better results next time. After that we spend our time chit chatting at a newly open Taiwan restaurant in Metro point, Xi Men Ding restaurant, having 2 cups of honey green tea and a chives dumpling and sit for hours.

It is time for family after friends, having dinner with mom at a Sg. Chua restaurant named as Home Town Corner. It is a small shop at the roadside. There is finally another choice of place that could be visit when I am hungry, Kajang just nothing much when talk about food.

Ching Ming Festival Food Haunting

I can't deny that I am pretty lazy in updating my blog or I should say I just started to be active in blogging after I graduate. This Food Haunting Trip is happen in 2009 Ching Ming Festival which dated 28th March 2009. (I know it is kinda late.. :p)

This is a sweet sweet memory between my parents, my parents have been stayed in Malacca for one year before I born. This is one of the places they love to visit around 25 years ago but of course it is not located at the exactly same location as it is now. The stall is located in a small lane beside the shop, therefore do not have a high expectation for the cleanliness for this stall. This little stall is famous with its special mixed sauces which they called "混酱".

Their mixed sauce is the secret weapon that make the food nice and impressive, but that day the sauce is a bit salty than usual.

Boiled Shrimp with a sweet sauce and some cucumber, prawn is just so fresh as expected from Malacca

Grilled Tofu, bean curd, fish ball with some cucumber, crispy bean curd is my favorite but the sauce is a bit salty for me

Cuttle Fish & Water Convolvulus (鱿鱼蕹菜), the peanuts is the smell enhancement for the food

回家了！！

终于全部搞定了，可以真的回家了，虽然不知道前面等着我的是什么，可是我还是很开心，终于完成了四年的学业，说长不长，说短不短，可是记忆却是无价的，拥有你们的日子我一辈子也不会忘记。这一次走了就到了毕业才能再见了，珍重我的朋友。我也是时候该回去赴我久违的中学朋友的约了，我想我不会有机会让你们说我放飞机了吧，也不会让你们在再打来问我回来了没有了，因为我回家了啦！！！

Dinner At Kintoki

It has been quite some times did not go so far for a dinner with utp gang after Iro Iro gathering. Just a great day that Chee Kang asked me and Tze Ling along for a dinner, it takes us around 25mins drive to reach Kintoki Restaurant from utp.

Firstly let's talk about the food, I have been there once before and this is the second time I visit Kintoki, my friends told me that the fish is so nice but unfortunately I have only 10% inspiration for fish, therefore I order Sukiyaki Beef set for myself, it tastes good for the soup but the beef a bit thicker than it should be, the portion is a bit too much for me and I can't finished it by myself!

Lynn order Udon soup since she having a wisdom tooth pain and makes her hardly to bite something hard but she says it is not so nice as the first time she ate this Udon, a bit plain.

I love soft shell crab more than anything but this handroll is not so much my favourite.

Grilled Saba Fish and Salmon Fish.

Saba fish is Yudan favourite, he says he likes the fat but after all he is still so slim. >.< The fish taste really good, the Saba fish has its own fish aroma that make people addicted. The salmon is out of my expectation, I am someone very scare of something taste too "fishy" but this salmon isn't taste too horrible and it makes me change my mind and now I think salmon is nice!!

Bento set consists of salad, main dish, miso soup, chawanmushi, rice, fruit, pickles and a side dishes. Last time when I visit kintoki, I order chicken katsu bento set, I can't even finish the main dish, the portion is so big and it is variety of things in this tiny bento. It is just so worth it.

Kintoki restaurant able to provide dishes that better than average with a cheaper price but it is not so much similar with the traditional Japanese style restaurant and the taste is a bit modified to suite our Malaysian. But this meal is a nice memory for me since it might be the last few times I might dinner with you guys before I really left utp. I am graduate soon, it is so unbelievable!!

World Milk Day

Did you guys realize there is such an event which called World Milk Day, I never realized the existence of this event until the day I receive free Dutch Lady Low Fat Milk and Milo in KL sentral.

This event provides an opportunity to focus attention on milk and milk industry which mainly to show the world that milk is a global food. Milk Loves You!!!

But why it is 1st of June?? It originally located in late May but China felt that there is too many celebration in May therefore it is now located at 1st of June. This event is actually started since 2001 and this year is the 9th World Milk Day. It is nice to have this activity since there is free milk for all the busy people that rushing to work without taking their breakfast.

Family Gathering

This is another family gathering we had once in a while, this gathering main purpose is to celebrate Father's day in advance since my dad is going back to Dubai by 31st May 2009. Some of the food is nice but some is just so so, but the price is so cheap with the dishes provided. Have a guess with the price for 10 persons with the dishes as many as below...

First of all, the four happiness, which consist of fried otak, squid, shark fin fried egg and lastly abalone.

This is the squid we bought from Tanjung Sepat, but the cooking charges is more expensive than the price of squid, but the taste is nice!

The fruit and lastly the sweet soup&"wo bing" (I forget to take photo since I too busy sing k d) :P

Celebrate my cousin brother (Ang ge di: A nick name since he is a baby until now) birthday which is just tomorrow, he is so upset that day since his first kiss is taken by his beloved sister with some creme on his face.

My little nephew which is so ego and don't let me hug unless I gave him ice cubes (his fav).

That day everyone just pretend to be a star...

After looking at all this dishes, what is the price range you guess? It is just RM 250 for 10 persons which include all the abalone and shark fin, can you believe it?? Overall I guess it is still not bad although can't mark it as heavenly delicious. But sure you will have fun if go with your family or a group of friends. Tanjung Sepat Trip

It has been my family regular activity to visit Tanjung Sepat when my dad came back from Dubai because my family love seafood and beach side rather than shopping and city. Tanjung Sepat is a small fishing village in Sepang area, around 1 hour journey from kajang. There is some seafood that we had in the small village but there is a lots more food that I did not visit this time we been there.

erm...I dono what his english name...chinese we called it "xia po" ( grandma of prawn)

Last but not least, crab mihun, my favourite!!But a bit too oily for me.

There is a lots nice food in Tanjung Sepat this small place, the fishball there is nice, what i mean is not just ordinary fishball, there are variety of fishball product, got half sphere, sphere, round, beancurd sheet, etc... Tanjung Sepat produce nice fruit too such as Dragon Fruit (red and white) and also dragon's eye (longan). This small village has seafood bak kut teh and famous fry fish which is very nice, even the taiwan and hong kong artist come here for their nice food.

What else more....ermm...let me listed out for u:

2. Traditional homemade Hainan coffee
3. Mushroom plantation
4. Cassava snack
5. and of cause a lots of fish
